Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by Resonance Flow (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “Reple”), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These terms shall take effect by being disclosed to the users.
- The Company may amend these terms due to changes in circumstances or important business reasons. Amended terms shall take effect through the same disclosure method.
Article 3 (Governing Rules Outside the Terms)
Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall follow relevant laws and regulations.
Chapter 2: Membership and Service Use
Article 1 (Definition of Member)
A member is a general individual who has agreed to these Terms, completed the Company’s membership application form, and been issued an ID and password.
Article 2 (Establishment of Service Membership)
- Membership is established by the Company’s approval of the user’s application and the user’s agreement to the Terms.
- Applicants must provide personal information as requested by the Company.
- Once approved, the Company will notify the member of their ID and any other relevant information.
- The ID entered during registration cannot be changed. Only one ID is issued per person.
- The Company may refuse membership applications in the following cases:
a. Use of another person’s name
b. Failure to apply under one’s real name
c. Falsified information on the application
d. Intent to disrupt public order or morals
Article 3 (Use and Restriction of Service)
- Services are generally available 24/7, year-round, unless there are technical or business-related issues.
- Service availability may be restricted during scheduled maintenance, with prior notice to members.
- Online consultations may be unavailable 24/7 due to staff availability.
Article 4 (Service Fees)
- All registered members may use the service free of charge.
- If the Company introduces paid services, the timing, policy, and cost will be announced beforehand.
Chapter 3: Withdrawal, Re-registration, and Use Restrictions
Article 1 (Withdrawal from Service)
- Members wishing to withdraw must send a request via email.
- The request must include name, resident registration number, ID, phone number, and reason for withdrawal.
- Withdrawal is confirmed if login is no longer possible using the previous ID and password.
Article 2 (Re-registration)
- Withdrawn members may request re-registration by email.
- The request must include name, resident registration number, ID, and phone number.
- Re-registration is complete once login is possible again with the provided credentials.
Article 3 (Service Use Restrictions)
The Company may suspend or terminate a member’s access without notice in cases such as:
a. Violations of public order or decency
b. Criminal behavior
c. Intent to harm national interest or public welfare
d. Unauthorized use of another’s ID/password
e. Defamation or harm to others
f. Duplicate registrations by the same user
g. Disruption or misuse of the service
h. Violation of laws or Company policies
Chapter 4: Limitation of Liability for Services
Article 1 (Online Consultations)
- The Company strives to protect the confidentiality of consultations, except in the following cases:
a. User negligence resulting in password leakage
b. User-deleted consultations
c. Natural disasters or situations beyond the Company’s control - Staff may refer to consultations for quality responses.
- Anonymous consultation data may be used for:
a. Academic purposes
b. Publications and media
c. FAQ or featured content - Answers are subjective opinions of individual staff and do not represent the Company’s stance.
- Consultations may be refused if:
a. Repeated identical queries
b. Use of inappropriate language
Article 2 (Information Services)
- Information is general and not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
- The Company does not endorse any specific product or method.
- Users bear all responsibility for interpreting and acting on the provided information.
Chapter 5: Obligations
Article 1 (Company’s Obligations)
- The Company ensures service availability barring special circumstances.
- It is obligated to provide continuous, stable service as per the Terms.
- User feedback is processed promptly, and delays are communicated.
Article 2 (Security of Member Information)
- Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
- Members agree to receive service emails.
- Members must notify the Company of unauthorized use.
- The Company does not share personal data without consent, except:
a. For development of useful features/services
b. For statistical (non-identifiable) data to advertisers
c. For personalized advertising or services - Personally identifiable information may appear in public areas (e.g., forums), and the Company is not responsible for misuse by third parties.
- The Company may use cookies for personalization. Users may disable cookies in browser settings, though some services may require cookies.
- Member data may be shared between the Company and partners for service purposes.
Chapter 6: Dispute Resolution
- Disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement wherever possible.
- Legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court where the Company is located.
Chapter 7: Affiliate Links Notice
The Company may include affiliate links to support service operations. These links connect to monetization tools and do not impose extra costs on users.
- The Company discloses affiliate link usage transparently.
- Only vetted and valuable products/services are linked.
- The Company is not liable for third-party products.
- The Company is not responsible for external sites accessed via affiliate links.
This policy is intended to ensure users are fully informed and trust the Company’s use of affiliate links.
This agreement takes effect on February 5, 2025.
